The Alpha Staff is organized into specialized teams that focus on a particular detail of the ALPHA-1 or Falchion wiki.
Administrative and Moderative Staff
This staff will, among other assignments, be in charge of administrative and moderative decisions and actions in the site, including, but not limited to, site and forum management, personnel management and others.
Management of this site is split evenly over the administration for standard admin and mod duties, and moderators for standard mod duties.
All teams are organised into three overall divisions; Site Management (SM), Site Development (SD) and Chat (C).

Moderators
Forum Moderation Team
The head of team will oversee forum activity and have the final word on forum decisions, and is enabled to modify the forum's behavior and structure. The moderators will see that the forum is orderly, regularly maintained and active. Also, they have the authority to ban or lock threads.
High Prelate Head: Mr Dagger
By default, all moderators are obliged to be part of the Forum Moderation Team.
Site Layout and Artistics Team
In charge of site appearance, sidebar and topbar appearance, and things of that nature. Also handles logo conception and designing, and proper implementation of said logos in some pages. All members here must be fluent or capable of reading and writing in WikiDot syntax and/or Wikidot CSS.

QUAESITOR
Named after the 'Third Eye' item, this specialized cadre of people handpicked by Caduceus will spearhead finding potential members, analyzing and checking their background and activity and invite them. People in this team should be good at talking and convincing others about us, so be friendly and try not giving a lot of pressure or force.
Just try looking at those used car salesmen; pretty convincing.

Outreach Program
This team works in tandem with QUAESITOR for finding members, but they will also find any spinoff sites spawned from here to monitor and send to the admins, and to talk about licensing and other things if people don't attribute properly. (The licensing part may have to be moved someday and Outreach will just join QUAESITOR)
Imaging Team
This team will be in charge of properly checking and maintaining images on-site. It is also obligatory that they spearhead the image-finding around here.

Licensing Team
A team that will handle any problems on copyright or our Creative Commons License. We'e not equipped to fully deal with these matters until we have an expert, so I'll leave Licensing duties to the administration and moderators
Dr Gears - Creator and master admin of the scp files- Dr Levington will provide extra firepower if needed.
Content Criticism Team
A team that will check and critique every new page and determine if it is eligible to be inducted to either the Arsenal or Files page. I decided to put this team on hiatus until we have a stronger community.
Harassment Team
This team will be required to deal with often sensitive issues regarding an assortment of harassment against staff and site members and deal with these issues. Members are required to have some training or experience in handling such delicate issues with professionalism, and quietly. Due to the potentially traumatizing and sensitivity of these matters, no crucial information aside from the bare necessities will be posted on Falchion Valley. All logs will be kept private as well. EdAWACSdenyY will spearhead this team but due to the lack of people equipped to deal with these issues currently this team will be on hiatus.
